Shipping

Nicole Couronne Jewelry is shipped via carrier with signature required.  Domestic shipping is free.   Once the package leaves Nicole Couronne Jewelry the shipment is the responsibility of the carrier.  Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Because Nicole Couronne Jewelry is made to order, please allow 6 to 8 weeks from the date of purchase for delivery of your purchase. To check the status of your order please email us at info@nicolecouronne.com. Please include your order number and we will get back to you with a status update.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, we do not offer refunds at this time.  All sales are final.  Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@nicolecouronne.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
