Q: What materials do you use? A: We are committed to using high-quality materials. All of our pieces are crafted 14k gold and feature genuine stones, such as malachite, carnelian, and pearls.

Q: Where is your jewelry made? A: The majority of our jewelry is proudly crafted by skilled artisans in Thailand. We also partner with other talented craftspeople in New York City for certain components and may source some pieces from the city to ensure the highest quality and unique design.

Q: Where do you ship? A: Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. If you are located in another country and are interested in our pieces, please contact us through our contact page. We are always looking to expand our reach to new customers.

Q: How quickly will I receive my order? A: The majority of our pieces are made-to-order at this time. Please allow 6-8 weeks from the date of your order to the time of delivery.

Q: Do you accept custom orders? A: At this time, we do not offer custom design services.

Q: How do I take care of my jewelry? A: To keep your pieces looking their best, please refer to our comprehensive care guide, which is conveniently linked on each product page.

Q: Do you offer repairs? A: We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. If you discover a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. If the damage is not due to a manufacturing fault, we recommend consulting a local jeweler. This will be a more efficient and cost-effective solution than shipping the item back to our facilities in Thailand.

Q: Is your packaging gift-ready? A: Yes. Every order is shipped in a mailer box containing a jewelry box and a velvet pouch, which is suitable for gift presentation. Please note that we do not offer additional gift-wrapping services at this time.

Q: Can I get a different chain length for my necklace? A: While we do not offer custom chain lengths, all of our necklaces are designed with an adjustable feature to allow for versatile styling at different lengths.

Q: How can I track my order? A: You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once it has shipped. For security, all of our shipments require a signature upon delivery.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed? A: Because each piece is made-to-order, we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations once an order has been confirmed. We appreciate your understanding.

Q: What happens if my package is lost or stolen? A: Once an order is with the shipping carrier, its handling is outside of our control. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery address and be available to sign for your package upon its arrival.
